Refer-A-Friend Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions ("terms") apply to Web Bungie's Refer-A- Friend
program ("Refer-A-Friend Program" or "Program"). By referring a family or
friend, activating service or otherwise participating in the Program, the
referring and referred customer as the case may be, agrees to these terms.
Refer-A-Friend credits are limited to 3 referrals per month. Credits are only
available to current Web Bungie subscribers located in serviceable areas with
accounts in good standing.
Use of the Refer - a -
friend program will enable the referring customer to receive updates about the
referred customer's subscription with Web Bungie. Including e-mail address,
delivery confirmation, and subscription status. All referred subscribers must
subscribe to a qualified plan within 90 days of referral or the referral will
be deleted. All referred subscribers must be subscribed for 30 days and
accounts must stay in good standing during these 30 days before credits will be
issued.
Credits are only
available for referrals resulting in a new Web Bungie subscription. In order to
receive credit for the referral the referred customer must:
Not have been a Web
Bungie customer within 120 days of the referral.
Activate service within
90 days of referral.
Have an active account
in good standing for at least 30 days.
Upon cancellation of service for any reason, any unused credits will
automatically expire and may not be transferred, assigned or redeemed for cash.
If multiple referrals for the same person are received, only 1 (one) credit
(subject to these terms) will be provided for the referral first received by
Web Bungie, as determined by Web Bungie. Credits may not be combined with other
offers.
Refer-A-Friend Program is void in all areas where prohibited.
Web Bungie reserves the right to alter, modify, suspend or terminate this
program at any time upon thirty (30) days notice, which notice may be provided
through revisions posted on Web Bungie's Refer-A-Friend web site.
