How the Sign-up process works. If you are setting up a new Web Bungie Internet account the process is simple. Under the New Customer setup section below it will ask you to download our E-z Connect software. This software takes less than a minute to download and will start the sign-up process. It takes about 5 minutes to complete the setup process. Once it is complete you will be able to use your new account immediately. If you are an experienced user and wish to setup your account manually, you can call us at (800) 913-8344 and we will assign you a username and password over the phone.

1. Download and install
   Ez Connect Internet Dialer. The ez-connect wizard will walk you through the sign-up process. For step by step instruction on installing ez-connect please click here.
    
2. Once the wizard is complete it will ask you if you wish to download and install Speed Stream Accelerator. NOTE: SPEED STREAM ACCELERATOR IS ONLY FOR CUSTOMERS WHO SUBSCRIBE TO A HIGH SPEED DIAL-UP ACCOUNT AND WILL NOT WORK WITH STANDARD DIAL-UP ACCOUNTS.
    
3. The wizard will automatically configure browsing and e-mail, and will place a Web Bungie icon on your desktop.
    
4. All finished! Your account will be instantly setup. Whenever you are ready to surf the Internet all you have to do is double click on the Web Bungie icon on your desktop.
