  1. I am experiencing intermittent disconnects when I am connected to my Web Bungie Internet account.
  2. I am experiencing "Error 645 - Internal Authentication Error" while attempting to connect to my Web Bungie service.
  3. I am experiencing "Error 680 - No Dial Tone" while attempting to connect to my Web Bungie service.
  4. I am experiencing "Error 691 - Access Denied because username and/or password is invalid on the domain" while attempting to connect to my Web Bungie service.

I am experiencing "Error 645 - Internal Authentication Error" while attempting to connect to my Web Bungie service.

This error can occur if the Require secured password option is enabled in the connection's properties, or an incorrect user name or password have been entered. This issue can generally be resolved by following the steps outlined in our Modem Error Codes help page.

I am experiencing "Error 680 - No Dial Tone" while attempting to connect to my Web Bungie service.

This problem occurs when the modem does not detect a dial tone. It indicates a problem between the modem and the phone line. This issue can generally be resolved by following the steps outlined in our Modem Error Codes help page.

I am experiencing "Error 691 - Access Denied because username and/or password is invalid on the domain" while attempting to connect to my Web Bungie service.

The majority of this error is caused by an invalid username and/or password. Please keep in mind that your password is case sensitive. This issue can generally be resolved by following the steps outlined in our Modem Error Codes help page.

YES! you can customize your SPAM and VIRUS e-mail filter to fit your needs. Login to your message center and select junk e-mail settings.

When I try to login to Web Mail it keeps telling me "Sorry, invalid login. Try again"

When you login to Web Mail you must enter your full e-mail address for your username. For example "myself@webbungie.com". If you forgot your username and/or password you can contact support at (800) 913-8344 and we will be happy to reset your password.

I am being bombarded by pop up advertisements and my computer seems sluggish.

If your computer starts to behave strangely or displays any of the symptoms listed below, you may have Spyware or other unwanted software installed on your computer.

  • I see pop-up advertisements all the time
  • My settings have changed and I can't change them back to the way they were.
  • My Web browser contains additional components that I don't remember downloading.
  • My computer seems sluggish.
