Overview

Web Bungie EZ Connect Internet Dialer allows the user to get online with minimal or no computer knowledge. Our EZ Connect software will automatically setup Internet Browsing and E-mail, and will also create a Web Bungie Internet icon on your desktop. If you are a new user, the software will activate the new sign-up wizard and walk you through setting up your new Web Bungie account.

New Customer Installation

The following steps will help you setup a new Web Bungie Internet or Web Bungie Hi-Speed account on your computer. Before you begin be sure you have downloaded a copy of the software from our downloads page or you have received an installation CD.

If you downloaded a copy of our Ez Connect software please click here.

If you have an installation CD place the CD in your CD-Rom drive. Click on Start Button and then click on Run.

In the Run textbox type the path to the ez_connect.exe setup file. In most cases this will be 'd:\ez_connect.exe'.

You may need to replace 'd:' with the correct drive letter of your CD-Rom Drive.

Click OK.

If you downloaded the setup file from the Web Bungie web site you will need to locate the ez_connect.exe file you downloaded.

One you locate this file, double click on the file to start the installation process. If you do not have a copy of the file please click here for download instructions.

The next screen will allow you to select if you are a new customer, or an existing customer. If you are an existing customer please follow the steps in our existing customer setup instructions.

Select the option Create a new Web Bungie Internet Account.

Click OK.

If your computer is currently connected to the Internet then the setup wizard will automatically direct you to the Web Bungie secure sign-up site. If you are not connected to the Internet then the sign-up wizard will display the Select Access Number screen in order for you to choose a local access number.

Please note: Depending on the access number you choose, you may incur additional long distance charges. To find out if long distance charges will occur, contact your local telephone company. For more information please click here.

From the drop down boxes please select your Country, State, and City. You will be shown a list of local access numbers to choose from.

Once you have selected your access number, click OK.

The sign-up wizard will now try to connect to the Internet using the access number you selected in the previous step. Once connected, you will be directed to the Web Bungie secure sign-up site where you can complete your sign-up process.

Once the sign-up wizard is complete you will have the option to download our Speed Stream Accelerator software. This software is ONLY for customers who subscribe to Web Bungie High Speed and will not work with standard dial-up accounts.

Setup will automatically close and will place a Web Bungie Internet icon on your desktop. Your username and password will automatically be saved.

Existing Customer Installation

The following steps will help you setup an existing Web Bungie Internet or Web Bungie Hi-Speed account on your computer. Before you begin be sure you have downloaded a copy of the software from our downloads page or you have received an installation CD.

Click OK.

The next screen will ask you for your full name, your username, and your password. It will also ask you to select a local access number.

Once you have entered all required information, click OK.

Once the setup wizard is complete you will have the option to download our Speed Stream Accelerator software. This software is ONLY for customers who subscribe to Web Bungie High Speed and will not work with standard dial-up accounts.
